Beauty and colour abound in the Mekong region of Asia. LIFE ON THE LOWER MEKONG is an illustrated picture book of 55 artistic images along with descriptions.  It is a pictorial travel book.

The book’s theme is life alongside and on the water between Sa Dec (Vietnam) and Siem Reap (Cambodia). This is a book with street photography. It illuminates how people live daily life along the lower Mekong River. Beautiful images take the reader on a journey, seeing the environmental and subsistence challenges people overcome. The book also includes a section on ancient religious sites, which are the spiritual backbone of the Mekong people.

If you love Asia, or have travelled the lower Mekong, or you are looking to plan a river journey in this beautiful region, then this is a photo-book for you.
